At Alpinestars, we are committed to your total satisfaction and performance. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the gear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
